About Me….

– This web site is a work in progress for me.  I want to, somehow, add Value to Other’s Lives.  I love life and there are many things I’d like to share, and learn.  Adventure leads me on a journey through life- I want to share my travel stories, favorite restaurant, recipes, wine loves, pranks, soulful investigation, books, fitness, and so much more.  Trying to figure out this website is the biggest issue at the moment, so bare with me.

-Destination races are some of my favorite trips to plan and experience.  Wether you race or simply want some travel tips, I do hope you will find some great nuggets within this website.

-I’m in my forty’s, a mother of two, and live in a mountain town.  I’ve shown horses, competed in Freestyle Skiing, completed many half ironman triathlon’s and a couple full Ironman race, and I enjoy off-road triathlon as well (Xterra); competing in three World Championships.    Other sports I enjoy are scuba diving, paddle boarding, and most sports except skateboarding 🙂  Travel budget has ranged for me, and continues to; from $20 a day budget in my youth, to 5 star accommodations, I also love camping and roughing it.

 

-Pertaining to health & fitness, friends & family often ask me questions.  Thus, this website was originally spawned from my quandaries about how to answer or try and help!.  With years and years of fitness education (Masters in Physiology) under my belt, and thousands of miles clocked in training, competing, and playing, I hope I am able to make a difference in one persons’ life-  To change and improve and help reach one’s ever changing POTENTIAL.
